Survey on Association priorities
Please fill out the survey below by April 4, 2025. This is an annual survey that allows new members to weigh in on priorities of the association, and for existing members to provide updates to their interests.
This is the same survey we ran from November 2023 through February 2024. We are running it again to measure change and test the association's current priorities against the interests of our neighbourhood. Even if you filled out last year's survey, please fill this one out again.
You can read the report on last year's survey here:
Whitehorse Elementary School Relocation and Range Road Traffic study
In November 2024, Minister of Education Jeanie McLean committed to holding a public meeting in Takhini to present the findings of a study assessing the traffic impacts of the proposed relocation of Whitehorse Elementary School. While we have been informed that the report is complete, no meeting has been scheduled, and the report has not been publicly released.
We have consistently pressed for the release of the report and the scheduling of the promised meeting, but the Department of Education has yet to fulfill these requests.
As a result, we have made an access to information request for the report. Once we receive it, we will share it publicly.
